Join us for a PDAR class at J-Rapha Studio. Postural Dynamic Auto Re-Education (PDAR) classes use simple tools to help develop greater awareness of your body's structure. By becoming mindful of your areas of imbalance and tension, you can work towards achieving correct posture and movement. Pricing is $35 for an In-Studio class at J-Rapha.
