Train from the comforts of your home or studio. BodyCode System® USA's online classes are live and not pre-recorded.

Classes are designed for a wide variety of abilities and offer those outside the NJ/NYC area an ability to continue with and improve their BodyCode System® training.

1-on-1 Sessions in Studio

Private Sessions are available at our locations in NJ by appointment. After a careful evaluation, sessions are customized to your needs and goals by BodyCode System® USA's Director and Master Trainer Soo Jung.

Master Stretch®
& Master Stretch® for Dancers

Live Online Using Zoom

Two of our most popular classes, these Master Stretch® online classes offer you the opportunity to explore better balance, greater stability, and a stronger connection to your body. 

Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will see yourself become stronger and more flexible with a greater awareness of your body

Equipment:

  • Master Stretch® device (required)

  • Something to hold on to for stability (such as the back of a chair) is recommended

  • To Warm Up (optional)
    -foam roller
    -yoga mat
    -reflex balls

Elvis the Body Key®

Live Online Using Zoom

Multifunctional and versatile, Elvis the Body Key® involves the entire musculoskeletal system. Classes include a program of static and dynamic exercies aimed at improved posture, stronger abdominals, joint stabilization and balance.

For sedentary and/or aging bodies, Elvis the Body Key® allows and guides movement that helps prevent the progressive stiffening of the lumbosacral junction that leads to chronic back pain.

Equipment:

  • Elvis the Body Key® device (required)

  • Yoga mat (optional)

  • To Warm Up (optional):
    -foam roller
    -reflex balls

PDAR
(Postural Dynamic Auto Re-Education)

Live Online Using Zoom

PDAR classes use simple tools and movements aimed to help students gain greater awareness of their body's structure that helps create:

  • Better alignment of joint structures

  • Reactivation of the deep muscles of the pelvic floor, torso and shoulder girdle

  • Increased proprioception of the spine

  • Reduced tension of rigid and areas of imbalance

Equipment:

  • Strap, approximately 1" thick, not elastic (eg, a non-stretchable belt)

  • 2 Balls, approximately 3-1/2`` in diameter (Balls are optional, we suggest OPTP's 9cm Reflex Massage Balls)

  • Foam Roller (optional)

PDAR for Dancers
(Postural Dynamic Auto Re-Education)

Live Online Using Zoom

With a focus on increased body awareness, learn to rebalance your posture effectively by correcting unhealthy motor patterns that contribute to overstressed muscles and joints. 

Relieving the muscle tension that builds through consistent and repetitive movement, this class aims to improve fluidity and precision of movements.

Equipment:

  • Strap, approximately 1" thick, not elastic (eg, a non-stretchable belt)

  • 2 Balls, approximately 3-1/2`` in diameter (Balls are optional, we suggest OPTP's 9cm Reflex Massage Balls)

  • Foam Roller (optional)
