Damaged products must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Shipping box must be returned with product for claims to be filed with UPS or Fedex.
For reasons other than damage, products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The product(s) must be returned unused and in new condition, including product packaging, for a full refund of purchase price.
