Service Description

PDAR classes use simple tools aimed to help develop greater awareness of your body's structure. Becoming mindful of your areas of imbalance and tension in the body helps bring you to correct posture and movement. Pricing for ONLINE GROUP CLASSES: -Single Group Class: $25 / 5 Class Package: $100 / 1 month Unlimited Class Subscription: $130 Recommendations for Class: -Strap, approximately 1" thick and not elastic, such as a non-stretchable belt (required) -2 Reflex Balls, approximately 3-1/2" in diameter (required) -Softer massage ball, approximately 5" in diameter (required) -Foam Roller (suggested but optional) -Yoga Mat (suggested but optional)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a course booking, contact us within 24 hours of the first class. Please note, however, deposits required for courses are not refundable upon your cancellation. To cancel or reschedule a class or session, please contact us within 24 hours of your class or appointment
